With minimal guidance, the Talent Acquisition Specialist acts as the talent acquisition subject matter expert, supporting the talent acquisition needs of the agency and delivering on organizational objectives. They play a key role in identifying the best candidates, building proactive talent pipelines, promoting the organization's employer brand, and supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Job Benefits:

· 4 weeks paid vacation annually;
· 13 paid holidays, 4 personal days;
