JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: RF Sort Operator Level 2 FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
POSITION SUMMARY (Briefly describe the purpose of the position)
Perform wafer level testing on multiple probers to meet customer demand, quality and schedule dates. Occasional package testing on a bench setup will be required. Hours are 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE (List in order of importance)
- Maintain operation of multiple probers focusing on probe mark quality and test data accuracy.
- Troubleshoot test failures to determine root cause.
- Handle different size and thickness of wafers with caution.
- Process and monitor critical RF test measurements and provide feedback to shift lead operator.
- Perform visual quality inspection during probing for fab or test defects.
- Perform daily checks for calibrated rack equipment.
- Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE (List as required or preferred)
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent minimum.
Experience: Minimum one year experience with handling wafers or semiconductor production test
Knowledge/Skills:
- Prober knowledge
- Microsoft Excel basics
