Position Summary: We are seeking motivated and talented Entry Level Engineers who have passed their FE exam and are certified EITs (Engineer-in-Training). The ideal candidates will have a strong interest in general civil engineering, water resources, or water/wastewater design. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of civil, water resources, and water/wastewater projects.
  • Prepare engineering reports, calculations, drawings, and specifications.
  • Conduct site visits, field assessments, and data collection to support project development.
  • Perform hydraulic and hydrologic modeling and analysis.
  • Collaborate with project teams, including engineers, technicians, and support staff, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Assist in the preparation of project proposals, cost estimates, and schedules.
  • Review and interpret regulatory requirements and ensure project compliance.
  • Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Utilize engineering software and tools to complete project tasks (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, EPANET).
  • Support senior engineers in various project management tasks as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in civil, water resources, and water/wastewater engineering.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or a related field.
  • Passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam and certified as an Engineer-in-Training (EIT).
  • Strong interest in general civil engineering, water resources, or water/wastewater design.
  • Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, EPANET) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Valid drivers license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
