Universal Atlantic Systems is seeking a Project Coordinator to add to our team

What You'll Be Doing

As a Project Coordinator, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks to ensure the smooth execution of installation projects:

  • Manage site surveys and interpret survey results received from the field.
  • Negotiate and coordinate special project work and complex installations within or below budget.
  • Facilitate the removal and re-installation of systems on major customer remodel projects.
  • Understanding construction phases, code and license requirements, and the permitting process.
  • Send, collect, maintain, and update subcontractor paperwork and follow up accordingly.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to timeline constraints.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Service, Installation, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction regarding installation and procurement processes.
  • Prepare for new jobs and oversee "Welcome" related activities.
  • Manage online customer plan-sharing and approval programs.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and work order documents.
  • Manage alarm user registration processes and renewals.
  • Meet or exceed minimum performance standards.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma and four years of customer service experience or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with proficiency in MS applications.
