What You will Achieve

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be working on various large mission critical data centers with key clients. These projects will be designing the building infrastructure to support cutting edge AI and IoT initiatives. Specifically involved with large site developments, wet and dry utility distribution, and overall permitting requirements.

You will:

  • Use your civil engineering background as the prime project consultant with the ability to work with the various civil engineers by interpreting and reviewing drawings.
  • Be the prime consultant and managing outside sub-consultants such as architects, structural and civil engineers.
  • Writing proposals, estimating A/E fees, and presenting qualifications of teams.
  • Manage schedule and budgets for multiple projects.
  • Utilize decision making and judgement.

Essential Requirements

  • 10+ year of experience with 7+ years in project management
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering
  • Previous project manager in either industrial, mission critical, or life sciences sector
  • Full understanding of Civil Engineering and site development. An overall knowledge of MEP/FP, Architectural and Structural systems/components. (will consider architects, structural, mechanical, or electrical civil engineers with experience managing large teams in a consultant environment)
  • Prior experience project managing projects in a E or A or A/E consulting firm.
  • Working knowledge of BIM and Revit
  • Commitment to sustainability is a plus.
  • Civil PE is a plus.
