What youll be doing:

We are seeking a reliable and organized entry level Office staff to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our office and client service. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. As an Office staff, you will undertake a variety of tasks to support daily operations and ensure efficient workflow.

Responsibilities:

  1. Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
  2. Manage and organize office files, records, and documents.
  3. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of information.
  4. Assist with scheduling client appointments and coordinate with scheduling specialist.
  5. Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
  6. Perform other tasks as assigned including caregiving if needed.
  7. Handle general office tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

What were looking for:


  1. High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  2. Some experience as an office assistant and caregiving is very desirable.
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  4. Must have strong work ethics and ability to learn quickly.
  5. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
  8. Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  9. Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles is a plus.
  10. Must be detail oriented and display a positive work ethic.
  11. Ability to perform caregiving task with clients on as needed basis.
