Primary responsibilities:

  • High-volume credit card receipt tracking & organization
  • Coordination of housing/hotel movements and invoicing
  • Accounts payable processing
  • Posting credit card entries to QB
  • Organization of digital file storage
  • Ad-hoc reports to support multiple production projects

Desired skills / experience:

  • Associate’s Degree in Accounting
  • 1+ years of accounting experience
  • Great technological skill
