Job Overview:

As a Maintenance Manager at Heritage Hill Property Management, you'll be the go-to leader for our maintenance crew. With your 5 years of know-how, you'll keep our properties in tip-top shape, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and that our residents are living their best lives.

  • Lead and inspire an experienced maintenance crew and custodial experts.
  • Rock the daily maintenance scene, taking care of repairs, preventive maintenance, and keeping our grounds looking fresh.
  • Craft and execute maintenance plans to keep our properties looking on point.
  • Team up with property managers and contractors to handle renovations and super cool projects.
  • Keep an eye on the budget to make sure we're spending wisely.
  • Make sure everyone's playing it safe and following the rules.
  • Handle inventory and get the stuff we need to keep things rolling.
  • Be the hero when emergencies strike, even if it's outside of the 9-to-5.
Requirements:


  • You've got at least 5 years of maintenance experience, and you're totally owning it.
  • Your leadership and teamwork skills are off the charts.
  • You know your stuff when it comes to building systems - plumbing, electrical, HVAC, you name it.
  • Problem-solving is your jam, and you can make decisions on the fly.
  • Budgets and vendor negotiations don't scare you.
  • You're a pro communicator and people person.
  • You're flexible and ready to tackle anything, even outside regular hours.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (A Bachelor's degree in a related field? Bonus points).
