About the Job:

As the Assistant to CEO,  you'll play a pivotal role in helping him drive the company's strategic initiatives and supporting its rapid growth trajectory. Working closely with the CEO, you'll work with him on day-to-day tasks, oversee general office operations, work on special projects, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage agendas and decks/presentations for external and internal meetings, ensuring efficient and productive discussions.
  • Coordinate, attend and take notes at/for all strategic internal/external meetings.
  • Coordinate venue, time, and personnel for off-site events, company parties, and meetings.
  • Oversee general office operations, such as supplies, kitchen, and associated contractors.

What You’ll Need

  • Associates degree, plus 4+ years of experience (or some combination)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals
  • Strong team player, but can work and execute independently
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented and can manage multiple projects
  • Expert in Excel and Google Slides / Power point
