The Treasury Finance Director will oversee financial planning, strategy, treasury operations, and capital forecasting. This role involves developing and coordinating financial processes, models, and systems, along with corporate, management, and KPI reporting. The Director will work closely with the CFO, executive team, and business leaders to provide comprehensive financial support, including forecasting, variance analysis, cash flow analysis, and other ad-hoc assessments, driving the company’s growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute finance initiatives, including capital structure, forecasting, performance tracking, and acquisition integration.
  • Assess and mitigate execution risks for business goals and initiatives.
  • Manage financial due diligence with internal and third-party providers, ensuring alignment with investment models.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, participate in board meetings, and address analytic requests.
  • Oversee treasury functions and cash strategy.
  • Create financial models and analyses to direct business performance.
  • Manage bank reporting and covenant compliance.
  • Enhance capital efficiency and free cash flow through capital management and financing alternatives.
  • Lead financial decision-making and operational efficiencies.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for management and the Board of Directors.
  • Continuously improve insights from financial results and KPIs.
  • Collaborate on new initiatives and mentor team members to foster a collaborative culture.




Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Leadership experience in corporate finance and analysis.
  • Background in capital-intensive industries and private equity-sponsored, high-growth environments.
  • Expertise in treasury modeling and management; ABL experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record of operational rigor and quantitative analysis.
  • Experience collaborating with operations leaders in decentralized structures.
  • Strong knowledge of capital markets, financial statements, modeling, purchase accounting, and reporting.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
