Excavation Pipe Layer

We're actively seeking an Excavation Pipe Layer, with experience working in the water and wastewater industry, in Littleton, CO to manage and lead the installation, set up, and maintenance of water, sewer, and storm sewer pipes and valves. Our Pipe Layers will be responsible for laying water, sewer, and storm sewer pipe on line and Grade.
We are currently offering a limited-time sign-on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license, and sign-on bonuses for new hires without a current CDL license are also available at a reduced amount. New employees who meet the criteria outlined in our sign-on bonus program will be eligible for the full payout.
The starting pay is $28.00-$35.00 per hour depending on experience and CDL license class (If Obtained and Valid). We offer 100% fully paid on-the-job training.

- Assist with laying pipes, cutting pipes, and bolting pipe fittings together
- Complete valve installations and the maintenance and repair of mains
- Maintain a clean and safe work site
- Work with and assist with repairs and replacements on the following:
- Water Mains
- Gate Valves
- Fire Hydrants
- Sewer Points
- Water Taps
- Valid driver’s license required with a clean motor vehicle report. CDL preferred but not required
- 2+ years of experience working in the water and wastewater industry required.
- Proficiency in pipe installation techniques, including proper bedding and backfilling.
- Knowledge of construction plans/blueprints and underground utility installation procedures.
- Strong commitment to safety and strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and at different job sites as required.
- Must be able to travel weekly (Lodging & per diem provided)
