We are currently looking for an Excavation Pipe Layer who possesses experience in the water and wastewater sector. This role involves overseeing the installation, setup, and maintenance of water, sewer, and storm sewer pipes and valves. Our Pipe Layers are tasked with laying water, sewer, and storm sewer pipes accurately and efficiently.
Compensation and Benefits:
We are pleased to offer a limited-time sign-on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license, along with reduced sign-on bonuses for those without a current CDL. Eligible new employees will receive the full payout based on the criteria outlined in our bonus program.
The starting pay ranges from $28.00 to $35.00 per hour, contingent on experience and CDL license class (if obtained and valid). We provide comprehensive on-the-job training at full pay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation of pipes, including cutting and securing pipe fittings
- Conduct valve installations and perform maintenance and repairs on mains
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment
- Participate in repairs and replacements for:
- Water Mains
- Gate Valves
- Fire Hydrants
- Sewer Points
- Water Taps
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license required with a clean driving record. CDL is preferred but not mandatory.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the water and wastewater industry is required.
- Expertise in pipe installation techniques, including proper bedding and backfilling methods.
- Familiarity with construction plans/blueprints and underground utility installation practices.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Willingness to work in diverse weather conditions and at various job sites as needed.
- Ability to travel weekly (lodging and per diem provided).
