What you will be doing:
-Capture market share through the successful sale, distribution and placement of all products in on-premise and off-premise accounts in assigned territory
-Develop new accounts and new placements, driving growth in current accounts and opening up opportunities for relationships in new accounts
-Effective accounts receivable collections within company credit policy
-Conduct promotions in accounts on a regular basis and when required
-Organize and execute point of sale materials at all accounts, effectively merchandising with permanent and paper POS
-Handle customer questions regarding credit, delivery, product information and other inquiries
-Execute monthly and quarterly goals as related to business activities
-Maintain a regular schedule of weekly appointments with accounts in assigned territory
-Maintain thorough knowledge of territory and market conditions
-Execute specific programs and work with supplier brands, as assigned
-Other duties as assigned
What we are looking for:
-Fluency in Spanish and English; required
-BA/BS degree in Business Administration or similar; preferred
-Direct experience of at least 2 years in alcohol sales; preferred
-Ability and willingness to work in both a team environment and independently
-Excellent oral and written communications skills
-Solid time management and organizational skills
-Proficiency with Google Suite, Outlook, VIP
-Valid and clean driver’s license with active auto insurance and access to a vehicle
Physical Requirements:
-Ability to operate a two handed truck loaded with cases of beer or a half keg [ 165lbs ]
-Ability to bend, stoop, lift, and reach overhead
-Ability to carry two cases of beer at at time
-Ability to navigate inclines and stairs
