What does a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - PRN do?

As a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) at Four Winds Manor, Inc., you will play a vital role in implementing personalized therapy programs aimed at restoring, reinforcing, and enhancing the performance of our residents. Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will follow a carefully crafted Plan of Care to address the unique physical and mental abilities of each individual, working towards achieving their rehabilitation goals. In addition to providing hands-on therapy, you will also take on the important responsibility of instructing, educating, and training residents and caregivers on essential skills necessary for promoting independence. Your dedication to directing activities that promote and maintain health will contribute to the overall well-being of those in our care.
