Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee patient care provided by Physical Therapist Assistants and therapy technicians
- Evaluate patient needs and implement suitable physical therapy interventions
- Collaborate closely with the healthcare team to uphold professional standards and foster teamwork
- Monitor treatment progress and suggest modifications as needed
- Create and revise individualized physical therapy plans
- Address patient discomfort that may impede rehabilitation and coordinate necessary interventions
- Conduct assessments and maintain quality improvement measures
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications Required:
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Wisconsin
- Experience in inpatient rehabilitation settings is preferred
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
