Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Address client inquiries promptly, ensuring satisfaction and providing detailed information about our products and services.
  • Identify and troubleshoot client issues, offering effective solutions and escalating complex problems to senior team members or management when necessary.
  • Assist clients with order processing, account management, and other service-related tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including inquiries, issues, and resolutions; prepare reports for management review.
  • Gather client feedback and relay information to management for service improvement; identify trends and suggest enhancements to boost client satisfaction.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to client service operations, such as updating client records, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
  • No prior experience required. Enthusiasm for client service and a willingness to learn are key.

Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage challenging situations.
