About the position

The Stocker/ Operations Associate must be able to communicate with the Operations Manager and Visual Merchandiser daily regarding inventory. The Stocker must be able to take ownership of all backstock at the retail location. When the team needs product, the Stocker is responsible for knowing location and quantity of the product. Communication, organization, and problem solving are critical to the success of the role.


Primary Responsibilities
  • Taker ownership of backstock
  • Ensure visual standards are met
  • Mitigate damages and lost items
  • Coordinate with Operations and Visual Manager to be sure inventory is being moved efficiently
  • Communicate with team when product is needed
  • Knowledgeable of placement of products and deliver to team in a timely manner
  • Steam and fold clothing

Environment

The Stocker/Operations Associate must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, and lift for 100% of the day. You must be able to stand and walk daily. You must be able to lift at least 40 pounds. Flexible Schedule.

4 Weekdays 7AM-3PM and Saturday 10AM-6PM
