If so, we are looking for you Mr. Appliance is looking for a Lead Appliance Repair Technician.

Your Responsibilities as Lead Appliance Technician
As a Lead Appliance Repair Technician, you are a key component in providing excellent customer service to our customers and our team of Appliance Repair Technicians.

Here are your primary responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair home appliances by troubleshooting, providing cost estimates, communicating with the customer, and collecting payments.
Lead a team of Appliance Repair Technicians to properly diagnose and repair appliances.
Serve as a resource and technical support for the team.
Effectively communicate with the office.
Recommend and manage training for all Appliance Repair Technicians.

Quality of Work: This role requires critical thinking skills and the ability to problem solve. This ensures that our customers are satisfied, and the job gets fixed correctly, the first time.

Efficiency: In order to respond to all of our customers needs for the day, youll need to be efficient with your time and the speed at which you can complete repairs.


Punctuality and Reliability: Our customers are anxiously waiting for your help To deliver a great experience, you need to be available and show up on time.

Pride in the Details: If you keep your work vehicle clean and organized, and value attention to detail in completing customer information and reports, youll fit right in.

Thirst for Knowledge: New appliances and features come out all the time, so there is a need for regular training. You arent afraid to research new equipment and take advantage of training opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills.

Desire to Share Knowledge and Skills: This role requires someone who truly enjoys teaching other technicians all of the skills listed above.

Job Requirements
The following are the minimum requirements to be considered for the Lead Appliance Technician position.
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Previous experience of six years or more in appliance repair.
Exceptional knowledge and skill to repair all kitchen and laundry appliances.

Benefits & Pay
The pay range for this position is $1,300.00 to $1,500.00 per week, depending on your experience. You also will have the opportunity to earn commissions.
