Warranty Technician

Join our dynamic team at StyleCraft, a leading residential homebuilding company dedicated to building communities with Richmond, VA. We are seeking a talented Warranty Technician with construction experience to help provide StyleCraft Homes' quality service to homeowners in various communities throughout the Richmond metro area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensuring a clean home during and after warranty repair.
• Strategically scheduling trade partners to ensure quick completion of warranty repairs, while also limiting the number of trips to individual homes.
• Tightly managing a trade partner according to their scope of work.
• Accurately submitting Warranty Purchase Order requests in a timely manner.
• Following up with homeowners on a weekly basis to ensure that scheduled repairs were completed on-time and that their home was left clean.
• Fully understanding StyleCraft's best-in-class warranty and the Residential Warranty Company (RWC) guidelines and being able to reference these guidelines when discussing warranty items with homeowners.
• Utilizing our online system to update warranty tickets and appointments.
• Maintaining a well-stocked company vehicle that allows for quick and efficient repairs as needed.

Qualifications:

• proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Experience/construction knowledge is required.
