What You’ll Do as our Software Project Manager:
  • Lead High-Impact Projects: Provide project management, quality management, and team leadership for complex software development projects, utilizing Microservices/headless architecture, .NET, CMS, e-Commerce, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Next.js) deployed to Azure cloud.
  • Embrace Agile Excellence: Execute projects in an Agile/Scrum manner, managing solution teams regarding sprint management, backlog management, and solution deliverables.

  • Step into Business Analyst Role: Lead requirements discovery sessions and create discovery and project backlog artifacts in collaboration with or in the absence of a designated Business Analyst.
  • Champion Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction by managing client relationships, addressing concerns promptly, and exceeding client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support Sales Initiatives: Participate in business development activities, including opportunity qualification, account planning, project planning and estimation, and proposal development processes.
  • Continuous Learning: Engage in continual learning around key platforms leveraged at RDA, such as Cloud technologies, Containers, leading JavaScript frameworks, and CMS technologies.
What You Bring:
  • Proven Leadership: Experience leading successful teams (3-10 team members) that deliver software development projects on time and on budget, ensuring compliance with process, scope, and quality requirements.
  • Consulting Pro: A background in consultancy or digital agency work, providing you with the expertise to understand and navigate complex client environments.
  • Technical Mastery: PM experience must include enterprise-level, web-based applications deployed to the cloud (.NET, Sitecore, and related technologies helpful).
  • Agile Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Business Analysis, Agile Methodologies, and Scrum.
  • Hands-On Background: Prior experience working as a Software Engineer/Developer and related degree helpful.
