  • Manage daily payroll and treasury operations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
  • Assist Treasury with bank reconciliations and setups for employee benefit vendors.
  • Address inquiries regarding payroll procedures.
  • Support system testing and HR/payroll implementations as needed.
  • Process manual checks, voids, stop pays, and payroll adjustments.
  • Collaborate with HR and Benefits departments to resolve payroll issues.
  • Uphold internal controls to apply policies and procedures effectively.
  • Ensure accurate G/L mapping between accounting and HR/payroll systems.
  • Execute payroll processing tasks promptly and accurately, including funding preparation, reconciliations, and report distribution.
  • Support Controller in managing payroll journal entries and routine accruals.
  • Conduct audit reviews to verify payroll data accuracy.
  • Review payroll adjustment requests for compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned.


Requirements
  • At least three years of experience in payroll administration.
  • Strong desire for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Proficiency with platforms such as Paycom and/or Workday.
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
