We are a full-service sales and communications firm specializing in moving the workforce toward the future by creating, sustaining, and connecting businesses and customers. Over the last year, we have expanded our client base by working with large telecommunication companies to meet more of our customer's needs and increase sales.

We are searching for a Customer Account Manager Trainee to educate customers on product and service information with our clientele. The Customer Account Manager Trainee will work closely with customers to help drive sales and leave our customers feeling satisfied. We understand that customers in the past used to have to wait long periods on the phone for help and end the call feeling frustrated. Moving towards the future, our Customer Account Manager Trainee will be able to make everyone's day brighter by meeting with the consumer in person. Our Account Manager Trainees strive to be the best, allowing us to continue growing sales and expanding our services.

We are seeking an Account Manager Trainee to:

  • Serve as the liaison between our clients and customers by providing each customer with product knowledge, promotions, and new deals to close sales and expand brand awareness
  • Promptly answer any questions a customer may have regarding services offered
  • Work with customers face to face to build rapport and leave customers feeling satisfied
  • Represent the company and our clientele with professionalism
  • Client Service Representative standards are met
  • Negotiate new customer contracts by overturning objects and finding the best plan to fit their needs

Customer Account Manager Trainee Qualifications:

  • Ability to close sales efficiently
  • Dependable and excellent time management skills
  • Ability to think outside the box and problem-solve
  • Outgoing personality to work with customers directly
  • Charismatic, empathetic, and confident demeanor
  • Demonstrate self-efficiency while working within a team environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to complete all tasks promptly
  • A team player with the ability to collaborate with a diverse group of team members

Education/Experience Necessary for our Account Manager Trainee Position:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years experience working in a Sales, Customer-facing, Account Management, Client Relations, Customer Service, or customer-oriented role
  • Proven ability to build relationships with customers and drive client satisfaction
