$19-21/HR plus commissions.

Responsibilities:

  • The primary focus of the Inside Salesperson is to generate sales by making outbound telephone calls to current and potential customers; may also field incoming telephone calls.
  • Build strong business relationships with our network of core dealers and ensure that all customers’ needs and concerns are addressed satisfactorily and in a timely fashion.
  • Provides general and technical information about products and services to current and potential customers.
  • Takes product and service order information and determines charges based on a pre-determined pricing and discount structure.
  • Listens and responds to customer questions and concerns; in the event the Regional Sales Manager is not able to meet the customer’s needs.
  • Records special details of transactions and makes notes on the customer’s account regarding special instructions and/or non-standard orders (i.e., material used, shipping instructions, billing requests, etc.)
  • In the event a customer experiences a product failure in the field, the Inside Salesperson may provide basic troubleshooting assistance to resolve the issue.
  • Serves as a communication bridge between the end user/customer and the production facility staff; resolves minor related issues if they arise.
  • Performs other duties as designated by the VP of Sales.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales (Outbound/Inbound).
  • Experience working with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 is preferred).
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High School Degree or GED required.
