Sales & Marketing Administrator

The Sales and Marketing Administrator will assist the Sr. Manager, Sales and Marketing, and Marketing Manager in a variety of tasks related to sales and marketing activities at NABCO Entrances. The position offers the candidate the opportunity to contribute to key initiatives in an established business that sells both direct to customers and through distribution channels.
Essential Functions
- Report monthly marketing metrics to Marketing manager.
- Integrate marketing activities and messages through use of marketing automation applications.
- Assist with branding and rebranding activities throughout NABCO’s Corporate and branch network in the US and Canada.
- Create and implement e-marketing initiatives including press releases, social media content and product/company advertising.
- Creation and management of distributor parts sales specials using Marketing Automation platform.
- Create and manage customer opinion surveys and reporting to track user feedback, customer satisfaction and metrics to measure success and engagement of new and existing product functionalities.
- Research the competition's products and gather data around market share, direction of the industry and challenges to NABCO’s current products and businesses.
- Research and data mine for customer trends.
- Interacting with direct or distributor representatives.
- Tracking sales data and activities
- Managing customer databases to ensure effective communication
- Communicate promotions and new product integration to customers under the direction of manager.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Exposure to marketing communication specialist or similar role
- Familiarity with B2B and B2C advertising campaigns
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Familiar with Adobe Software including InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
- Experience with marketing campaigns on social media
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Specific experience in the storefront or automatic door industry a plus.
Education, Training, Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or another related field required
- Specific experience in the storefront or automatic door industry a plus
- MS Office products knowledge required
Working Conditions and Physical Demands
Long periods of sitting and working at a computer are required, with rare exposure to the factory. Sedentary work is performed in an office with little to no exposure to extreme weather or hazardous conditions. Typical office equipment such as a computer, laptop, and phone are used. May be noisy due to proximity to factory. This position may require rare exposure to the factory, which includes extreme weather conditions; noisy, dusty, and dirty environments; and motorized equipment that pose potential safety hazards. Reaching above shoulder height and below the waist, as well as lifting up to 30 lbs. is occasionally required. Proper safety procedures, lifting techniques, and personal protective equipment guidelines are always to be followed.
