JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Come be a strategic part of an awardwinning organization Inpro is currently seeking a Vice President ofMarketing. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who isknowledgeable in everyday marketing activities. You should also be anintuitive leader who can develop our marketing department and guide ourmarketing efforts toward success. This position is primarily responsiblefor the following: Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan toincrease brand awareness. Set current and long-term goals for internalteams. Design and review the Marketing department\'s budget. Buildrelationships with media and stakeholders through creative PRstrategies. Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resourcesaccordingly. Supervise customer data entry and update information, aswell as database cleaning and maintenance efforts. Oversee proper tradeshow coordination and lead management process. Conduct a competitiveanalysis to identify strengths and weaknesses, highlight opportunitiesand threats, and develop optimization strategies. Liaise with Sales,Product Development, and Customer Service departments to align withcompany strategies. Execute impactful marketing campaigns and reportresults. Prepare and manage a marketing plan for an intended product,service, idea, or event. Ideal qualifications: Proven experience as a VPof Marketing, Marketing Director, or other senior roles. Demonstrableexperience in designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.Solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics, and Google Adwords. Experiencewith CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques. Strongleadership skills with the ability to recruit, lead, inspire and retaina talented team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal andwritten. Strong analytical and project management skills. Strategicmindset, with the ability to make difficult decisions and pivot quickly.A degree in marketing, business administration, or a relevant field isrequired.
