Calls Customers as required for clarification of paperwork needs. Coordinates with Sales Account Reps with orders they need processed. If assigned, process hardware orders in Oracle. If assigned, coordinate with finance order requirements for shipping hardware. If assigned, coordinate with finance the sales process through Tensoft add on. Responds to customer hardware/software/professional service/payments order inquiries. Responds to Sales Account Rep hardware/software/professional service/payments order inquiries. Coordinates with finance all data entry for Opportunities. As available helps finance with the Customer Order Update forms for warranty services, regards the customer inquiries.
Qualifications:
1. Demonstrates proficiency as a subject matter expert in the use of all brands and modules
of HSS Software and hardware.
2. Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures of the K- 12 school food
service industry.
3. Acquires working knowledge of USDA regulations.
4. Customer Service focused.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Outlook, other software as required.
