Responsibilities:

  • Assist the attorney in providing comprehensive support throughout the entirety of the case including maintaining the attorney's calendar
  • Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on their cases, address their concerns, and ensure they receive excellent customer service
  • Review and organize medical records
  • Assist in preparing legal correspondence, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
  • Manage case files, including organizing and maintaining documentation using our case management system
Qualifications:
  • Must have great time-management skills, and organizational skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • 3 years of experience in legal services under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting
  • Candidates who have completed a paralegal professional certification or have advanced paralegal education will receive preference

  • You must be reliable and trustworthy
  • Must be a team player with a collaborative mindset and a positive attitude
