IT Specialist with Telephony Experience We are seeking a talented IT Specialist with experience in telephony systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and troubleshooting telephony systems (Avaya IP Office), with a focus on Twilio integration. This job description summary outlines core aspects of this position, but additional duties may be required on a routine basis.
