Job DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales operations, business analysis, and hands-on proficiency with Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce CRM. This role will involve analyzing sales data, creating reports, optimizing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support overall business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales performance and provide insights to the sales team and management.
- Assist in sales forecasting processes to ensure accurate and reliable predictions of future sales performance.
- Support the development and management of sales quotas, ensuring they are realistic and aligned with business goals.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in the management and optimization of Salesforce CRM and Salesforce CPQ.
- Provide training and support for Salesforce CPQ and other sales tools to ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support of overall business objectives.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related field, preferably within a SaaS company.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce CRM.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Adept at communicating complex information in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders.
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements that drive sales efficiency.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, including reporting and analytics.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, including configuration, pricing, and quoting processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools like Excel, SQL, or other data visualization tools.
- Experience with other sales tools and technologies (e.g., Sales Enablement platforms).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales data and provide actionable insights.
