We are looking for a skilled Associate Technician to join our team in the Electronics & Industrial, Semiconductor Technologies, Lithography Technologies business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and organizing all shipping and purchase orders for our business, assist with R&D operations, and other responsibilities associated with R&D programs. Additionally, the Associate Technician will be responsible for working in / understanding the Marlborough EM Sample SharePoint to support R&D operations using SAP and other support software, as well as monitoring process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

- Process and manage all shipping and purchase orders

- Ensure all orders are accurate and delivered on time

- Maintain records of all orders and transactions

- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations of the business

- Monitor, track and push through all R&D Sample Shipments from start to finish

- Support R&D operations using SAP

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Excellent organizational and communication skills

- Proficient in MS Office and data entry

- Knowledge of logistics, shipping and receiving procedures

- Attention to detail and ability to work independently

- Experience with SAP and other support software

- Capable of working independently and as a team member
