Front Desk Receptionist

As a Front Desk Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, setting the tone for their entire orthodontic experience. Your warm and welcoming demeanor will help put our patients at ease, ensuring they feel comfortable and supported throughout their journey.
- To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your ability to connect with our patients and make them feel valued will be essential in building strong relationships. You will have the opportunity to educate our patients on the importance of orthodontic care and guide them through the scheduling and financial aspects of their treatment.
- As a Front Desk Team Member, you will play a vital role in the smooth operation of our practice. Your exceptional organizational skills will be crucial in managing patient appointments, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with the rest of the team. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will ensure that our office runs efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:
- Active Tennessee RDA License
- Radiology Certification
- Must have a current CPR Certification
- 1+ years in orthodontics/dental required
- PTO
- Paid Holidays
- Day
- Tuesday to Friday
- Part time (The position will go to full time at a future date)
