Hometown America has a unique opportunity available for a Regional Assistant located in Trenton, NJ.
In this position, you will be responsible for supporting Community Operations by assisting the Regional Manager in managing the day-to-day operations for a portfolio of manufactured home communities, in the planning and execution of activities associated with the maintenance of the communities to meet quality standards set by the company. In addition, the jobholder is responsible for conducting follow-up training and coaching with community staff in areas pertaining to the daily operation of the community. Regular liaison with other departments in the company and with outside vendors is an important part of the job.
To be considered for this position, you should have:
- Prior administrative experience; property management industry experience strongly preferred.
- Exposure to HOAs.
- Training and coaching experience.
- Budget and monthly financial report experience.
- Marketing and sales experience.
- Proficiency with computer software programs, including Microsoft Office products and web-based applications.
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
- A current, valid driver's license is required before driving a company-owned vehicle or before driving a personal vehicle on company business.
- Our hiring process includes criminal background and driving record checks.
Location: Must reside in central or south New Jersey.
Travel: Property support will require on site visits. Up to 2 days a week.
