Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business
opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and growing our customer base.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to generate new business and meet sales targets.
- Prospect potential customers through various methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and
networking events.
- Conduct on-site visits and presentations to potential customers to showcase our services and explain
our value proposition.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and
retention.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure service delivery and resolve any customer issues.
- Utilize CRM software to manage and track customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements:
-Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the janitorial or
facilities management industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team player.
