As ourSous Chef, your primary role will be to maintain our dishes' consistency and high standards, develop innovative culinary systems, and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Uphold the integrity of our established menu while innovatively enhancing its appeal.
- Implement systems and standards for food preparation, presentation, and service.
- Oversee and manage kitchen operations while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing kitchen team.
- Work collaboratively with the management team on cost analysis, portion control, and budgeting.
- Contribute to the creation and execution of seasonal specials and promotional offerings.
About You
- You have a strong background in and passion for Seafood cuisine.
- You have proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a restaurant setting.
- You have a robust understanding of kitchen operations and health and safety regulations.
- You are a leader who motivates and develops teams.
- You are passionate about quality, consistency, and excellent customer service.
- You are a creative problem-solver with the ability to maintain calm under pressure.
