What this Position Does: The Vibe Coordinator is designed for a creative and energetic individual who is passionate about fostering community, enhancing employee engagement, and promoting a vibrant company culture. The Vibe Coordinator will collaborate with various teams to develop and implement programs and initiatives that align with American Communities’ values and goals.
The Day-to-Day Responsibilities This Person will be Overseeing:
Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms to highlight company culture, events, and employee achievements.
Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to build and grow a positive online presence. May include Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, LinkedIn and Google.
Assist in the planning, development, and execution of company-wide events, activities, and initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
Serve as a liaison between corporate office and multifamily properties to ensure consistent messaging and engagement.
Coordinate employee recognition programs and initiatives to celebrate achievements, birthdays, and milestones.
Foster a sense of community within the company by organizing team-building activities, wellness programs, and volunteer opportunities.
Conduct surveys and gather feedback from employees to assess the effectiveness of engagement initiatives. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and suggest actionable changes.
Maintain a calendar of social media, events, manage budgets for engagement activities, and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
Stay up to date on industry standards and trends.
Misc. duties as required.
Qualifications Involved with the Position: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
What Education and/or Experience You Will Bring to the Table: Bachelor’s degree in Communications and/or Marketing; This position is ideal for a new college graduate or someone with 1-2 years of experience in social media management, marketing, event planning or a similar role.
Communication Skills Involved with the Position: Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels; comfortable working in a team-oriented environment and collaborating with various departments. Must be pro-active with content building and vibe creation.
Analytical Abilities this Person Will Bring to the Table: Innovative thinker with a passion for creating engaging and memorable experiences for employees; ability to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
