Summary/Objective

The Licensing & Audit Compliance Analyst is responsible for maintaining and reviewing the licensing status of Servis One, Inc. dba BSI Financial Services (“BSI Financial”), its loan production employees, and its Entra affiliates for all 50 (fifty) states, the District of Columbia and certain U.S. territories, for BSI Financial, and for the states in which the Entra affiliates do business, to ensure that BSI Financial and its Entra affiliates maintain their licenses in a valid and current status. This employee is also responsible for coordinating and assisting with internal and external audits as well as due diligence requests were called upon to do so.

What you will do:

  • Maintain records, compile information, and submit forms to keep Company/Branches and MLOs (Mortgage Loan Originators) licensed.

  • Process all renewals, annual reports, and company updates.

  • Perform routine clerical duties, such as filing forms online/manually, scheduling testing, bond tracking, spreadsheet tracking and other records from licensed agents and applicants according to an established system.

  • Input data or correspondence from files as requested within an appropriate time frame.

  • Research and compile external and internal audit information for submission and due diligence requests.

Work Environment:

This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. The ability to sit for long periods of time is essential.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. The days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m., though these times may be negotiable at the manager’s discretion. Overtime may be required at the manager’s discretion.

  • Previous experience in working with and processing Licensing Applications preferred.

  • Proficient in Excel – Sorting and manipulating data.

  • Proficient in Word

  • Proficient with the Google Suite of products

  • Time Management/Organized

  • Clear and Concise communication

  • Teamwork Orientation

  • Ability to work within strict deadlines (daily, monthly, quarterly, and annually)

  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to navigate within multiple reporting systems, which vary by jurisdiction.
