Job Title: Systems Support Specialist

Pay Scale: $50-$70k Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist with a strong background in coding Salesforce flows and automations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce administration, development, and customization, with a particular focus on creating and optimizing automated processes to enhance our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Salesforce flows and automations to streamline business processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Perform regular maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting of Salesforce applications.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce platform.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionalities and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to continuously improve our systems.
  • Create and maintain documentation for all Salesforce processes and customizations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Salesforce Administrator and Developer certifications preferred.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce administration, development, and customization.
  • Strong proficiency in creating and managing Salesforce flows, Process Builder, and other automation tools.
  • Solid understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Experience with data migration and integration tools (e.g., Data Loader, Mule Soft).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
