JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES：

  1. Assist process engineer in data collecting, following up on new changes, and tracking test results.
  2. Collect manufacturing data for process daily/Weekly/Monthly reports.
  3. Query, enter, and maintain technical data in all relevant company databases.
  4. Prepare and control process documents, including work instructions, training material, etc.
  5. Assist process engineers in maintaining SPC charts for various processes.
  6. Assist process engineers in performing tests on jigs and machines.
  7. Provide training and certification tests to production operators and technicians, document training and certification history, and maintain records. Follow up on training results.
  8. Review whether current products and processes are in compliance with standards.
  9. Work closely with process and technology engineers, quality department, and production leads/supervisors to improve product quality and output. Assist process engineers with PFMEA and control plan activities to identify and mitigate manufacturing risks before they become quality issues.
  10. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

KEY REQUIREMENTS & COMTETENCIES：

  1. Understanding of basic statistical concepts and methods.
  2. Able to use basic measuring tools.
  3. Knowledge of troubleshooting and root cause analysis techniques, good problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  4. Proficient with data extraction and manipulation, including pivot tables, graphs, and charts through MS Excel.
  5. Good team player with a positive and proactive attitude; self-starter who performs well under minimum supervision.
  6. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, ability to lift and sort parts of up to 50 pounds as needed.
  7. Able to work in different shift schedules or some overtime as needed.
