Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns, and providing regular project updates.

- Maintain open and transparent communication with clients throughout the construction process.

- Respond promptly to client inquiries and complaints, and work diligently to resolve any issues that arise.

- Foster positive relationships with clients by demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to excellence.

2.On-Site Inspections:

- Conduct thorough inspections of ongoing and completed exterior construction projects, such as roofing, siding, windows, and doors.

- Verify that materials, workmanship, and installation methods comply with industry standards, building codes, and company specifications.

- Identify and document any deficiencies or areas requiring corrective action.

3. Quality Assurance:

- Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and subcontractors to address and resolve quality issues promptly.

- Ensure that corrective actions are implemented effectively and efficiently.

- Conduct follow-up inspections to verify the successful completion of corrective actions.

4. Customer Service:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns, and providing regular project updates.

- Maintain open and transparent communication with clients throughout the construction process.

- Respond promptly to client inquiries and complaints, and work diligently to resolve any issues that arise.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.

Requirements

Customer service focused, experience in serving customers, deescalating issues, overcoming objections, and providing a world class level of service

-Proven experience in quality control, inspections, or construction management, preferably in exterior construction projects.

- Strong knowledge of building codes, industry standards, and best practices related to exterior construction.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

- Attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying potential issues or deficiencies.

- Proficiency in using relevant software and technologies for documentation and reporting.

- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to job sites as needed.
