Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join their team in the Fire Safety Industry. The Service Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the efficient and effective delivery of fire protection services to clients, ensuring timely response to service requests and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule service appointments for fire safety inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Communicate with clients to confirm appointment details, address inquiries, and provide updates on service status.
  • Liaise with field technicians to ensure timely arrival at client sites and completion of service tasks according to established timelines and standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, work orders, and customer communication.
  • Monitor service schedules and workload to optimize technician productivity and ensure timely resolution of service requests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and technical support, to address client needs and resolve service-related issues.
  • Assist with inventory management and procurement of parts and materials needed for service projects.
  • Provide administrative support, such as preparing service contracts, invoices, and documentation for billing purposes.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures related to safety, quality, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in a service coordination or customer service role, preferably in the fire protection or related industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office suite and service management software.
  • Knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
