Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Distribution Associate to assist in the efficient distribution of our products. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment, possess excellent organizational skills, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and sort incoming shipments.
  • Prepare and pack products for distribution.
  • Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
  • Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure all orders are shipped in a timely manner and meet quality standards.
  • Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly distribution goals.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment is preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
