DAY-TO-DAY
Our winery is open six days a week from 11:30 am to 9:00 pm, offering delicious lunch options from 10:30 am to 5:00 pm and delightful dinners from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. We're closed on Mondays, but we've got a variety of shifts including weekends, daytime, and evening shifts.
As a Hostess - Host, you dive into the heart of our hospitality hub and kickstart your day with a warm welcome, setting the stage for unforgettable dining experiences. From gracefully guiding guests to their tables to managing reservations with finesse, every detail counts in our commitment to exceptional service. You elevate customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries and sharing your extensive menu knowledge. Beyond the dining room, you immerse yourself in our wine club and retail offerings, igniting enthusiasm and staying updated through continuous learning opportunities. As a vital part of our team, you coordinate seamlessly to ensure smooth operations, leaving a lasting impression on every guest.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 18+ years old
- Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn basic knowledge of all wines and food pairings
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult customer situations professionally
- Flexible schedule (willing to work 3-4 days a week including weekends, evenings, and holidays)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Passionate about wine (preferred)
- Interested in a long term position (not a summer job)
