Responsibilities:

Visual Storytelling:

  • Create visually stunning content optimized for various social media platforms to effectively convey the brand's message and story.
  • Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all social media channels, ensuring consistency and brand recognition.

Photography and Videography:

  • Produce high-quality photographs and videos that align with the brand's aesthetics and resonate with our target audience.
  • Utilize advanced editing techniques to enhance visuals and maintain the highest standards of creativity and professionalism.

Software Proficiency:

  • Demonstrate expertise in utilizing Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant graphic design and video editing tools to create captivating visual content.
  • Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, design innovations, and technological advancements to remain competitive in the digital landscape.

Marketing Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translate them into visually appealing designs.
  • Contribute to the development of social media assets and marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives.

Brand Consistency:

  • Uphold brand guidelines rigorously across all design outputs to maintain brand consistency and identity.
  • Provide guidance on design elements to ensure brand recognition and enhance visual storytelling effectiveness.

Conceptualization and Ideation:

  • Participate actively in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for social media marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Develop concepts that resonate with the company's vision and values, ensuring alignment with brand ethos.

Project Management and Execution:

  • Efficiently manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality visual content.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and exceed client expectations.

Communication Skills:

  • Clearly articulate design decisions to both creative and non-creative stakeholders, fostering collaboration and understanding.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in written communication, particularly in crafting compelling written content to accompany visual storytelling.
