Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients in the motorsports and RV community.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options.
- Generate leads and drive sales through networking, outreach, and referrals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to effectively advise clients and drive business growth.
- Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
- Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Develop and implement new marketing and sales strategies.
Requirements
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Minimum 3-5 years prior sales experience is preferred but show us what you got.
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
- Commitment to excellence, willingness to work hard, and willingness to go the extra mile.
- Ability to take initiative, be proactive, and think outside the box.
- Must be familiar with recreational vehicles such as Motorcycles, Boats, Off Road Vehicles, Marine Vessels, Snowmobiles, Travel Trailers and Motorhomes.
- Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- Must be able to pass a background check
