The Position:

Red Ball Oxygen is looking for a Human Resources Assistant in our corporate office located in Shreveport, LA. This position has the responsibility of assisting the Human Resources Department and CFO in an administrative capacity. This is an on-site position with limited travel potential.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, maintain, and process confidential information with high degree of accuracy and timeliness
  • Assist with bi-weekly payroll and monthly expense reports
  • Process credit card expense reports
  • Assist with onboarding of new employees and complete all administrative onboarding tasks
  • Monitor MVR reports
  • Assist with management of HRIS system (Paycom)
  • Run monthly drug testing reports
  • Book employee trainings and travel accommodations
  • Aid with errands such as preparation of client visits, employee events, and luncheons
  • General administrative duties such as filing, scanning, faxing, and emailing
  • Other tasks may be assigned at discretion of CEO, CFO, and HR manager
