This role is responsible for:
• Selecting, training, coaching, developing, and retaining employees in the Service Department.
• Forecasting, meeting sales objectives, market share, and overall profitability.
• Factory and Insurance Company communications
• Compliance with State, Federal & Local Laws relating to the automotive repair business
Qualifications:
• Must have at least 3 years of stable employment history in the position with a New Car Franchised Dealer (preferably Chrysler) or minimum 3 years as a Service Writer in a high volume Chrysler Dealership
• Must have verifiable track record of profitability and above average CSI
• Advanced Computer Skills
• Ability to support and backup Service Writer and Parts counter as needed.
