Quality Assurance Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Report Management: Update and maintain quality assurance reports using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Data Analysis: Utilize Power BI to create, update, and analyze reports, ensuring data accuracy and insightful visualizations.
- Salesforce Management: Manage and update data within Salesforce to ensure records are current and accurate.
- Documentation: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of quality documentation, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
- Support QA Team: Provide administrative and operational support to the QA team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
- Communication: Liaise with other departments to ensure quality standards are maintained and issues are promptly addressed.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience in a similar role within a quality assurance environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
- More than 2 years of proven experience.
- Familiarity with Salesforce for data management and reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrates solid experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Salesforce.
- Detail Orientation: Pays close attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in data and reports.
- Communication: Communicates clearly and effectively with team members and other departments.
- Problem-Solving: Identifies issues and develops effective solutions to improve quality processes.
- Team Collaboration: Works well with others, contributing to team success and fostering a positive working environment.
- Office-based position with occasional requirements for travel to project sites or other Nexus offices.
