Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team in St. Petersburg, FL. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building telephonic relationships with adjusters, third-party administrators, and restoration contractors. Additionally, they will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives, including email marketing campaigns, to support our business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with adjusters, third-party administrators, and restoration contractors via telephone to establish and nurture relationships, identify opportunities, and generate leads.
  • Actively listen to customer needs and concerns, offering tailored solutions and providing exceptional service.
  • Utilize our CRM system to manage leads, track interactions, and monitor sales activities.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns aimed at driving engagement and conversions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to remain competitive in the marketplace.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in inside sales, preferably in the restoration industry or related field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust over the phone.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, coupled with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
