Commercial Landscape Construction Superintendent

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSeeking commercial landscape construction Superintendent for our North Texas branch. This will be a direct report position to one of our local Project Manager for our North Texas Properties.

Must have experience in:
  • Landscape construction
  • Irrigation installation
  • Read landscape and irrigation plans
  • Irrigation license or Irrigation Tech license preferred
  • Basic knowledge of construction equipment
  • Strong communication skills required
  • Basic computer skills
  • Driver's License required
  • Lift 50 pounds (as needed)

Responsibilities Include:
  • Material procurement
  • Labor management
  • Training and safety
  • Project communication between field and Project Managers
  • Project scheduling
  • Ability to Work in inclement weather and some weekends or holidays

Health benefits are available 90 days after hire, 401K available 1 year after hire.
