Are you a seasoned engineering professional with a passion for managing large-scale capital projects? We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Capital Project Engineer to join our dynamic team at Wealth Recruitment, LLC.

As a Senior Capital Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and overseeing the successful completion of our company's capital projects. This includes managing project budgets, deadlines, and resources, as well as coordinating with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors.

In addition to your technical expertise, we value your ability to lead and inspire others. You will provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, ensuring that projects are executed with the highest level of quality and efficiency.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in capital project management
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of applicable regulations, construction standards, and project management methodologies
  • PMP certification is a plus
